Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, TX seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support multiple construction projects. The candidate will assist with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with regional leaders, clients, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. Travel is required for site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of recent construction processes, design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project administration.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and construction mgmt software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction projects to deliver on time and on budget.
• Support planning, staffing, and coordination with regional heads, superintendents, and managers.
• Maintain client, architect/engineer, vendor, and subcontractor communications for project progress.
