IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical seeks a full-time Assistant Project Manager in Pecos, Texas. You will support the Project Manager across planning, coordination, and field staffing to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role emphasizes communication with clients, A/E, vendors, and subcontractors, as well as procurement and documentation management. Travel may be required as part of project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction process, scheduling and project administration experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating one or more construction projects.
• Maintain communication with clients, A/E, vendors and subcontractors to support progress.
• Monitor progress and help keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Assist with procurement, change orders, and project reporting.
