IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a nationwide industrial contractor, seeks a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for data center projects in Pecos, Texas.

You will serve as Scheduling Lead, coordinating with the project team and trade partners, developing and maintaining realistic schedules, and providing required status updates, forecasts, and reports. Qualifications include 3 years of electrical construction scheduling and project management, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera

Qualifications

• 3 years of electrical construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on electrical data center projects.
• Analyze project information and prepare scheduling documents.
• Develop detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
• Input, analyze, and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Review schedule updates and assess financial impact of changes.
