Dueall Construction in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our fast-paced reconstruction team. You will support the Project Manager by reviewing bid manuals, understanding repair details, and performing site visits to capture project specifics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervision, estimating experience, and Procore/Takeoff skills. A college degree is preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory construction role.
• Procore experience required; OnScreen Takeoff preferred.
• Estimating experience and familiarity with budgeting.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review bid manuals, assess repair details, and conduct site visits.
• Estimate materials and labor for projects, assisting the Project Manager.
• Assist in budget creation and implementation.
• Qualify material suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create and organize project files and manage information in PM software.
