Job summary

Dueall Construction in Fort Myers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our fast-paced restoration projects. You will review bid details, visit sites, and help ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have experience with project estimation, Procore, OSHA knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; we value adaptability and a proactive, get-it-done attitude.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with Procore and billing in Procore.
• Estimating experience; OnScreen Takeoff preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA rules and safety compliance.
• Willingness to learn and grow; proactive mindset.
• Ability to work with diverse personality types and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review bid manuals and repair details and perform site visits to understand project details.
• Estimate materials and labor required for projects, assisting the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager with budget creation and implementation.
• Qualify potential material suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create and organize project files, manage information through Construction PM software.
