Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction schedules aligned with project objectives.
• Hire, train, supervise, and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality standards on sites.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Assess productivity and provide progress reports to supervisors.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specs.
• Organize work schedules and manage crew attendance.
• Oversee machinery and equipment operation on-site.
• Assign tasks to crew, contractors, and workers by priority.
• Promote safe use of tools and safety gear at all times.
• Manage team performance to maintain project schedules.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
