Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, project coordination, or related role.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal, or specialty subcontractors is preferred.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs, submittals, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with Project Managers.
• Monitor project costs and track documentation to keep projects on budget.
• Communicate with field teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Review drawings for scope changes and relay findings to the Project Manager.
• Participate in weekly meetings and project coordination activities.
• Track submittals, shop drawings, and approvals to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project logs, field reports, and progress photos.
• Monitor overdue deliverables and update project records.
• Support cost tracking and budgeting processes.
