Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial roofing projects in Charlotte, NC. You will support Project Managers, coordinate daily activities, and help keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working with field teams and multiple stakeholders; exposure to cost tracking, change orders, and documentation is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction project management or coordination.
• Experience with roofing, waterproofing, or sheet metal preferred.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with Project Managers.
• Monitor project costs and track documentation.
• Review drawings, track submittals, and manage field communications.
• Participate in meetings and maintain project records.
• Identify scope changes and assist with cost tracking.
