Job summary

RE Management Solutions in Lombard, IL seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support pre-development and construction projects. You will assist the project team, generate reports, and help manage multiple project facets to keep programs on track.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing design drawings, and maintaining documentation across project phases. Travel to sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university with preference given to a degree focused on architecture, engineering, or construction.
• 1+ year related work experience desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Construction Project Management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance on all phases of a project from concept through design and construction to occupancy.
• Oversee aspects of the project as assigned.
• Organize, track, and maintain project documentation using SharePoint and other Microsoft products.
• Review and interpret design drawings.
• Assist in the preparation and management of meeting minutes, agendas, budgets, schedules, and various reports.
• Process and review change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders as required and appropriate.
• Conduct site visits, as directed by the Project Manager.
