You will work with project managers, operations, and clients, handling project administration, documentation, safety compliance, and communication. Candidates should have a high school diploma, knowledge of reconstruction, MEPs, OSHA certification, and strong MS Office skills. Travel required.

Formación

• Commercial reconstruction project knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and performance.
• Client Communication: Inform customers and Project Managers about project activities.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety policies and assist in Site Safety Plans and toolbox meetings.
• Administrative Support: Pull permits, initiate paperwork, and maintain documentation.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Source and hire subcontractors and vendors to meet needs.
• Onsite Leadership: Guide field teams and maintain professional client interactions.
