Qualifications

• Commercial reconstruction project knowledge - REQUIRED
• Knowledge of MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings
• Travel requirement: extensive travel (REQUIRED)
• Driving: valid license, age 21+, 3+ years of driving experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain client communication and keep Project Managers informed about project activities.
• Develop Site Safety Plans and conduct toolbox meetings in accordance with policy.
• Pull permits, initiate paperwork, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Source and hire subcontractors and vendors to meet project needs.
• Provide onsite leadership to field supervisors and labor teams and resolve conflicts.
