Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator/Manager in the Northern Virginia area to support ground-up commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and collaboration with subcontractors to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery across diverse projects.

My client is a growing GC in the northern Virginia area-long track record of successful projects and a great reputation in the area.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong track record of stable job history
• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
