Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee total construction efforts, ensuring safety, design conformance, budget adherence, and schedule compliance across projects. You will interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.

Responsibilities include cost management, change orders, and maintaining project files while coordinating with the Project Superintendent and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in civil construction.
• Experience in budget management, schedule, quality control, and knowledge of all phases of construction.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Safety policies and promote Safety first across the project.
• Review project features with Estimating Department.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with the Project Engineer and Superintendent.
• Submit submittals, introductory letters, and subcontractor approvals.
