Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure safety, budget, and schedule.
• Review project features with Estimating Department.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with appropriate attributes.
• Sign off on the budget prior to start of construction and manage project costs.
• Coordinate project activities with Superintendent to meet milestones.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and attendance at punch lists/closeout.
