The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee total construction effort, ensuring safety, design compliance, and alignment with budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive civil construction experience.
• Experience in budget management, scheduling and quality control; OSHA 10 certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to meet safety, design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the project team.
• Prepare submittals, letters, subcontractor approvals, and cost breakdowns.
• Lead weekly meetings and coordinate milestones with senior staff.
• Manage budget, cost revisions, change orders, and final closeout documents.
