Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities to meet schedules and specs.
• Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications and cost.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety regulations and local building codes are followed.
• Manage contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Lead regular meetings to address challenges and objectives.
• Provide updates on milestones, budget, and risks.
