Job summary

Qualifications

• FDOT project experience required.
• Primavera P6 scheduling expertise required.
• Civil construction project management experience on highways/roads.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs to ensure compliance with budget and design-build process.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, pay applications and claims.
• Control financials on FDOT projects including monthly invoicing and WIP projections.
• Assist Superintendent with scheduling, quality control, and logistics.
• Monitor progress, procurement, and change order management.
• Ensure Subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions.
• Support daily construction activities to meet contract documents.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Address conflicts to prevent delays.
• Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and pay applications.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with government clients.
• Provide weekly schedule updates for operations and clients.
