HV Talent Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a residential/mixed-use project in North Miami. This onsite role supports the PM and field team with submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking, while maintaining essential logs and documentation to keep the project on schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Project Engineer/APM/Coordinator with GC/CM, familiarity with multifamily or mixed-use construction, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Engineer, APM, or Project Coordinator with a GC/CM.
• Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial vertical construction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with buyout processes, scope comparisons, and cost documentation.
