Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial work.
• Deep knowledge of trades, scopes, and bid processes.
• Experience estimating in Education, Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Retail, or Sports venues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project manager to plan the job, budget, procurement, and logistics.
• Develop comprehensive project strategy and apply it through the estimating process.
• Establish pre-construction budget and manage funds.
• Ensure best bids for each trade based on project needs.
• Lead final sub-bid process with clear scope and expectations.
• Present information and proposals to clients tailored to their needs.
