Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction/remodeling.
• Construction Project Management experience.
• 3–5 years in bathroom remodeling.
• Ability to train and support contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability of installation staff.
• Installation support and training.
• Communicate with customers about their project.
• Maintain knowledge of company products/services.
• Quality control and post-install reviews with team.
• Subcontractor follow-up and scheduling of remodels/service calls.
• Data entry and CRM maintenance.
