West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Indianapolis, IN. The role runs Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start, handling full bathroom remodeling projects from demolition to installation and finishing touches.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsabilités

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
• Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's home.
• Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
• Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
• Ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards.
• Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect.
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
• Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
• Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
