Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to ISG offices, client sites, or training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to support project execution and maintain client communication.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take ownership of meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Serve as a key contact for project inquiries and prepare discussions with the project lead.
• Manage and consolidate progress documentation, aligning with timelines and assisting in planning.
• Support construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings and RFIs.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset to support project success.
