Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to ISG offices, client sites, or training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain clear communication with clients, resolve issues, assess risks, and navigate strategic and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of meeting minutes and ensure timely follow‑up on action items to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project‑related inquiries, organizing and preparing discussions with the project lead.
  • Manage and consolidate progress documentation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and assisting in strategic planning with the project lead.
  • Support construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings, RFIs, and other documentation.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset; ready to pivot when needed and always willing to step up to support the team and project success.
