ISG is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in St. Louis Park, MN to support project execution across multiple units. You will collaborate with Project Managers, maintain client communications, and help ensure budgets and schedules are met with precision.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields preferred.
Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a relevant discipline.
Strong organizational and communication skills essential for success in this role.
Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to ISG offices, client sites, or training sessions

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain clear communication with clients, resolve issues, assess risks, and navigate strategic and operational challenges
Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Take ownership of meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items to keep teams aligned and accountable
Serve as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, organizing and preparing discussions with the project lead
Manage and consolidate progress documentation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and assisting in strategic planning with the project lead
Support construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings, RFIs, and other documentation
Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset; ready to pivot when needed and always willing to step up to support the team and project success
