Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for project inquiries and prepare discussions with the project lead.
• Manage and consolidate progress documentation, aligning with timelines and assisting in planning.
• Support construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings and RFIs.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset to support project success.

Essential Duties

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain clear communication with clients, resolve issues, assess risks, and navigate strategic and operational challenges


• Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle


• Take ownership of meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items to keep teams aligned and accountable


• Serve as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, organizing and preparing discussions with the project lead


• Manage and consolidate progress documentation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and assisting in strategic planning with the project lead


• Support construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings, RFIs, and other documentation


• Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset; ready to pivot when needed and always willing to step up to support the team and project success
