Job summary

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support multifamily HVAC and plumbing construction projects in Manassas Park, VA. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and field teams to coordinate schedules, documentation, and submittals.

Ideal candidates bring prior construction coordination experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction project coordination or project management preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Overview

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing is seeking an organized, motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our Project Managers and field teams to support the successful execution of multifamily HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
