Job summary

GenServ in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee construction projects from buyout through financial closeout. You will coordinate with clients and teams to deliver renovations for residential or commercial spaces, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to spec.

The role requires 3-5 years of construction experience, strong reading of plans and schedules, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3-5 years in construction/project management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules, and other construction documents.
• Pass Pre-employment background check.
• OSHA 10 preferred, but will certify, if necessary, upon hire.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful completion of all tasks with oversight of a Project Manager or Executive.

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Project Manager that can provide our clients with the best solution to their needs, whether it be for a complete renovation of a residential or commercial space, or a more minor project. The role of Assistant Project Manager at GenServ is to oversee construction projects from buyout through financial closeout, as well as any the client coordination related to that project post closeout.The Assistant Project Manager will oversee the project to ensure successful completion of all tasks with the oversight of a Project Manager or Executive.

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications/Skills

• Procore Experience (Preferred)
• Pass Pre-employment background check
