I’m currently supporting a leading contractor with the hire of an Assistant Project Manager to join a major mission-critical data center project.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained exposure to data center or mission-critical construction and wants to continue developing within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the US construction market.

The successful candidate will work across the wider project team, supporting project management, subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, RFIs, submittals and delivery of key construction packages.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally a background supporting MEP scopes
• Previous experience with a General Contractor strongly preferred
• Experience working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents and trade partners
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, procurement and project documentation
• Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position within data center construction

This role would suit an APM, Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager already working within the mission-critical space who is looking for greater exposure to a large-scale data center project.
