The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of construction experience or internships/co-ops, with a focus on learning, organization, and proactive development.

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of construction experience or internships/co-ops during school.
• Strong organization, proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on commercial electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and material tracking.
• Collaborate with vendors, field personnel, and clients.
• Attend project meetings and site visits.
• Support project financials and closeout documentation.
• Develop skills to grow into a Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate
