Assistant Project Manager – Water/Wastewater (Phoenix, AZ)

Our client, a top-tier heavy civil contractor, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support complex Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant builds across Arizona, ranging from $20M to $300M+. This is a rare opportunity to grow with an industry leader on high-impact, technically challenging projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Track budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Be part of a team delivering innovative and resilient water infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of construction experience (ideally in water/wastewater)
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
• CMAR or Design-Build experience is a plus
