What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support leadership with consultant oversight and tracking of scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate CEQA/NEPA deliverables, reviews, and approvals
- Lead interdisciplinary and agency/stakeholder coordination
- Assist with documents, memos, legal trackers, and post-ROD tasks
- Manage document reviews and track deliverables and approvals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA processes, including preparation of Records of Decision (RODs) and Notices of Determination (NODs)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coordinating multi-agency and interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with rail project development phases and related transportation disciplines
- Knowledge of federal and state contracting regulations
- Experience supporting environmental policy implementation and post-Record of Decision (ROD) activities
