Position Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional to grow within a top-tier builder working on critical water and wastewater infrastructure. The Assistant Project Manager will provide key support to the project management team to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day project coordination including scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor oversight.
• Support documentation processes such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting reports.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and safety/quality standards.
• Coordinate with field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction meetings to support project execution.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years specifically in water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional development.
