Our client is a luxury jewelry brand.

Role Overview:

Responsible for operational support to the Store Planning team for new boutiques, renovations, relocations, and minor works throughout the Americas network.

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Project Managers in the project RFP processes, including issuing RFPs, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, and Contractors.
  2. Support project closeout tasks with Finance, General Contractors, Millworkers, and other vendors; organize 3D scans and professional photography for new store openings.
  3. Oversee the Store Planning database, organize & archive construction design and closeout packages.
  4. Communicate and share Store Planning materials with external teams, including drawings, renderings, square footages, and other relevant files.
  5. Draft contracts.
  6. Prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.
  7. Manage logistics for minor works projects within existing boutiques, liaising with boutique teams and coordinating with Security during interventions.
  8. Assist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projects.
  9. Support financial analysts by gathering documents for new vendor setups, purchase orders, and invoices.
Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience; experience in design, architecture, interiors, or construction industries is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under time pressure.
  • Effective multitasking skills and ability to pivot to time-sensitive tasks.
  • Superb digital presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with periodic supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Luxury retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
