Our client, a leading General Contractor with 25 years of success across NYC, is seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end commercial interior fit-outs throughout the boroughs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and managing day-to-day operations on-site
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Supporting budgeting and cost control efforts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Attending client and subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment on scope and timelines
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of construction experience (ideally in commercial interiors)
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in learning and growing with an experienced team
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not essential
