Job summary

INF Associates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical infrastructure, EV charging, solar, and lighting construction projects. Working with Senior Project Managers, you will help coordinate projects from planning through closeout, with responsibility for documentation, procurement, billing support, and project coordination.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent), 1–3 years of experience, ability to read drawings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of construction project experience.
• Understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documents.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project records.
• Maintain files, logs, meeting notes, and closeout documentation.
• Use platforms including Monday.com and Procore.
• Support vendor and subcontractor quote reviews.
• Track subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements.
• Assist with payment applications, schedules of values, and change orders.
• Support cost tracking, certified payroll, and prevailing wage requirements.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, utilities, deliveries, and site activities.
• Work with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Attend project meetings and site walks.
• Support smaller projects from award through closeout.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical, MEP, EV charging, solar, or lighting project experience
• Familiarity with AIA contracts and billing
• Experience with Procore, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6
• OSHA 30 or CAPM/PMP progress
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of project costs, billing, and changes
• Desire to progress into a Project Manager role

$75,000-$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
