An established NYC-based General Contractor with 25+ years of success in commercial interiors and healthcare construction is looking for a hands-on Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their growing team.

This role is 80% site-based, offering real-time, on-the-ground experience that’s perfect for someone looking to strengthen their project management skills and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations, coordination, and scheduling

• Conduct site walks, progress tracking, and assist in punch list management
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of construction experience, preferably with a GC
• Background in commercial interiors or healthcare projects a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about construction
