Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager Assistant in Minnesota to support multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle under a Project Manager.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and about 5 years of related experience; PMP certification is preferred. You will help coordinate budgets, schedules, and stakeholder reviews within HDR’s employee-owned culture.

• 5 years of related project management experience.
• Must interact with various design teams and have strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
