What You’ll Do As a Assistant Project Manager
- Reporting production, status of jobs and billing information
- Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred
- Project Controls 1-3 years of experience working on construction projects is ideal
- Detail-oriented and able to perform quality assurance audits on reporting
- Good verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
- Must be able to work independently to complete deliverables on a daily basis
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) ability to navigate large amounts of data to support contractual reporting requirements quickly through pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Possess valid Driver’s License
- At least 1-3 years relevant experience
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
- Good organization, multi-tasking, time management and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience / knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal requirements for Tele-Communications construction permitting processes
- Working knowledge of traffic control permitting requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project.
- Some knowledge of As Builts
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.
- Ability to interact effectively with other team members
- Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
$68,640- $70,720 / year (D.O.E.)
