HDR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Building Engineering Services Business Group in Chicago, IL. Our team provides integrated facility and infrastructure design, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Site Civil Engineering. This role will focus on Tech/Media/Telecom, Data Centers, and Mission Critical infrastructure.
The Assistant Project Manager will oversee growth, operations, and technical leadership of the electrical team, including design, staff development, workload management, profitability, morale, and quality control. The role involves client engagement and collaboration with HDR leadership. Responsibilities also include marketing, project planning, and representing HDR within the industry.
Travel and extended stays at project sites are required.
