Cityscape Recruitment USA is assisting a Greenville-area General Contractor fill an Assistant Project Manager position focused on commercial and industrial construction. Based in Greenville, SC, you will join the Greenville division and work on projects up to $20M.

This entry-level to early-career role offers exposure to diverse project types, a base salary of $75k–$90k plus a $500 monthly vehicle allowance, annual bonus, and strong benefits including 401(k) and health coverage.

Assistant Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction

Location: Greenville, SC

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum base + $500/month vehicle allowance + bonus

Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join an established General Contractor with several offices across South Carolina and a growing presence in Greenville.

The Assistant Project Manager will join the Greenville division, working on a variety of commercial, industrial and manufacturing construction projects throughout Upstate South Carolina, with project values ranging up to $20M.

The Greenville office currently has around 10 employees and, with plans to significantly expand the team, this is a great time to join the business and be part of that continued growth. The role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a smaller, close-knit office while benefiting from the stability and resources of an established General Contractor.

This would be a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is looking to take the next step, gain exposure to a strong variety of projects and grow alongside an expanding division.

Compensation & Benefits
