Job summary

Vitality Group in Frisco, TX is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of ground-up and tenant improvement projects. You will participate in budgeting, buyout, subcontractor management, scheduling, RFIs, and documentation, with a clear path toward stepping into a Project Manager role.

Candidate should have 4+ years in commercial construction, a relevant bachelor's degree, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Stable work history with a strong desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of ground-up and tenant improvement projects while taking on budgeting, buyout, subcontractor management, scheduling, owner meetings, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Manage scheduling, owner meetings, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Develop the experience necessary to advance from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager.

We're seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

Our client is a respected commercial builder with an established presence in the market and a proven track record of delivering complex projects for repeat clients. The company has a strong backlog, experienced leadership and a reputation for quality, safety and reliable project delivery, providing a stable environment for continued growth.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of ground-up and tenant improvement projects while taking on increasing responsibility across budgeting, buyout, subcontractor management, scheduling, owner meetings, RFIs, submittals and project documentation. It's a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond administrative project support and develop the experience needed to step into a Project Manager role.
