Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a design-build contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control while fostering a collaborative, down-to-earth team culture and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience managing projects from conception through completion.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with industrial, logistics, distribution, or commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
