Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with doors and hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and address issues or delays promptly.
• Support the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and preparing purchase orders.
• Participate in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
• Support the Project Manager in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Various other project management tasks as assigned.
