• 2+ years of experience in door and hardware, building materials, construction, or related industry.
• Knowledge of commercial doors, frames, hardware, specialties, or related workflows preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office collaboration tools; familiarity with procurement software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project execution, including take-offs, estimates, quotations, bid reviews, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, material orders, deliveries, schedules, and closeout documentation with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, RFIs, change requests, and status updates; monitor milestones and communicate potential issues to project leadership.
• Provide responsive customer and administrative support while collaborating across departments throughout the project life cycle.

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an established commercial building materials company who is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support Division 8 (doors, frames, and hardware) and Division 10 (specialties) projects from estimate through closeout. This opportunity offers a salary of $65,000 to $70,000, with onsite work preferred and possible hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate brings relevant construction or building materials experience, strong organizational skills, and responsive customer service, with an interest in developing a project management career.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Project Managers with project execution, including take-offs, estimates, quotations, bid reviews, and project turnover activities.
