Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Electrical Construction to support the Project Manager from bid through project completion. This role involves coordinating long‑lead material, tracking timelines and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with vendors, customers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years Construction/Electrical/Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager from bid stage through completion.
• Continuously interact with Project Management to ensure long‑lead material is released (electrical gear, mechanical gear, fabrication, etc.) and track these items to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Contact vendors to ensure submittals and gear delivery meet timelines.
• Participate in scheduling activities to create milestones and production labor breakouts.
• Attend weekly project‑specific sync meetings to communicate project needs and track project and team status.
• Interact with internal and external customers (production, VSL, customers, and general contractors) to ensure proper job progress and to encourage safe behavior.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

1-2 years Construction/Electrical/Manufacturing experience

Assistant Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Under the guidance of the Project or Group Manager, Assistant Project Managers are responsible for providing general management for electrical construction builds/projects and supporting the Project Manager or Group Manager. They also serve as a resource for the production team when questions arise.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1‑2 years Construction/Electrical/Manufacturing experience.
• Travel: 10–20%.
• Work Schedule: 7AM – 5PM, Monday‑Friday (may require work at any time to meet business needs).
