Job summary

Vincere partners with a client in East Lyme, CT to hire an Assistant Project Manager for a direct-hire, on-site role in the construction sector. You will support the Project Manager on multiple projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate has a Construction Management degree or a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with 0+ years experience or co-ops in construction. Procore, Timberline and CAD are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing Construction Management degree or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 0+ years experience in construction; training or co-ops acceptable.
• Experience with document control and ability to manage project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager for duration of projects.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets; coordinate with customers.
• Work on-site in East Lyme, CT and support field activities.

I have a client located in the East Lyme, CT area that has an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role

In this role, you will be working as an Assistant Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for supporting Project Manager for the duration of projects.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $55,000-$65,000/Yr.

• Construction Management Degree or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• 0+ years experience in the Construction - open to training and Co-Ops preferred
• Document control experience
• Able to maintain project schedules, budgets and work with customers
• Interest in Mechanical Contracting or General Contracting experience
• Timberline and Procore a plus
• CAD ability is a plus
• Open to working in the office/in the field
