SES Technologies LLC (STL) is expanding its workforce and seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in coordinating activities to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals. This role provides learning opportunities across all project phases, including documentation, scheduling, and client coordination.
The Assistant PM will gain exposure to field teams, project drawings, and contract terms while contributing to project plans and safety programs.

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction.
Location: Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. Employees must maintain mental alertness and situational awareness. Physical demands include bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods. Bending and stooping for long periods are common. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms and lift, handle, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust vision.
Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. Office settings involve exposure to computer screens and extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings involve walking, driving, carrying supplies in all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and occasionally exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
