Capstone Mechanical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative support to the project management team. You will attend project meetings and handle administrative tasks related to change orders, shop drawings, subcontractor communication, contract revisions, and material tracking.
The role requires 2–4 years of construction or administrative experience, typically with an emphasis in mechanical, electrical, or specialty contracting environments.

Associate's or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
2–4 years of experience in construction, project management, or administrative support, preferably in a mechanical, electrical, or specialty contracting environment.
