T and D Communications is seeking an experienced Assistant PM to provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, technicians, and internal teams in Corona, CA. You will help with payroll, timecards, meetings, onboarding, documentation, and billing preparation.
The role requires a 2-year degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Prior construction or union environment experience is preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant PM to provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, technicians, and internal teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with Project Managers, this role assists with payroll and timecard reporting, coordinates team meetings and onboarding, processes project and travel documentation, opens new jobs, maintains operational reports, and supports billing preparation.
Assist with coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
Assist with stakeholders’ communication
Assuring deliverables are accurate and on time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up professionally with technicians, Project Managers, vendors, customers, and internal teams
Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Experience in a construction, low-voltage, or union environment is preferred
Coordinate and assist with technician and team meetings
Invite team members
Prepare meeting minutes
Assist with billing preparation
Assist in daily program management throughout the program life cycle
Assist in coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
Assist in assuring deliverables are accurate and on time
Assist in managing the main program documentation
Assist the estimating department during plan review
