We are seeking Assistant Project Managers to play a key role in managing project execution, coordinating teams, and supporting project success.

What You’ll Do

• Support project management across preconstruction, buyout, and construction phases
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, documentation, and communication across the team
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope review, and risk mitigation
• Manage project documentation and ensure strong organization across systems
• Track costs, review invoices, and support forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to support field execution
• Help drive schedule coordination and resolve issues proactively

Requirements

• 3–7 years of construction experience (project engineering or similar path)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
